https://www.onlineteksupport.com is committed to provide a professional and pleasant service experience to all its customers and we have a very transparent and customer friendly policy on refunds and cancellation of any services order. The Annual Subscription Support Plans require a twelve month commitment and are only refundable within 30 days of subscription. However, subject to pure discretion of company management upon merits of an individual case, payment would be fully refunded if for any reason you are not satisfied with the service, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. If you are still not satisfied with the same, we offer a money back policy as follows:
To initiate any refund you can inform your case to refunds and cancellation department on +91 8884586666 (10 AM IST to 6 PM IST) or write to support@onlineteksupport.com. The standard time to process a refund is within 24 working hours of submitting a refund request, however please note most banks take 2 to 3 working days to credit the customer account after we have processed the same.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- Every service offered by us takes different course of action to get accomplished from start to end thus refund policy differs from one service to other.
- There is always a certain set of resources that are involved in achieving every milestone of a campaign. Thus, a refund would not be entertained for the work already completed.
- No refund is possible for the fee paid in the form of administrative fees or installation charges.
- Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with fee refund.
- No refund will be entertained in case service gets cancelled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Condition section.
- There is no refund policy for the services placed under same day delivery.
- https://www.onlineteksupport.com/ is not liable to pay refund if delay or service disruption happens due to third party involvement.
- All Onsite support service can be cancelled and complete refund claimed if a formal cancellation is done at least eight hours before engineers planned visit. In case the engineers visit is delayed beyond 2 hours of committed time without information and your consent then the same can be cancelled anytime without any payments.
- Please note if the engineer has visited and system cannot be resolved due to your unavailability then a minimum charges will be applied and any additional amount paid you will be refunded.
- Onsite Services orders are Services Only Contracts and do not include any parts replacement if any parts are found to be defective. No refunds can be claimed if any change requests are made in less than 8 hours of technicians planned visit or during or after technicians visit.
- No refunds can be claimed once a software or hardware order is placed by the company for the customer.
- If you feel that the primary issue reported at the time of service order is not resolved as per your expectation, you can get a revisit arranged by calling us on support number at no additional cost to you.
